Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Get Lost Travel Vans, and congratulations on your reservation. We’re glad you’ll be joining us!
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Add-ons may be added any time until pickup date, and must be paid in full at the time of booking. A 3% Alaska state vehicle rental tax plus an 8% municipality of Anchorage vehicle rental tax applies to all reservations.
Renters must have a major credit card. Get Lost Travel Vans will place an authorization hold on the credit card for 15% of the total cost of the rental plus $250 for interior camper van items. When the vehicle is returned in good condition with all add-ons and camper van items and without damages except normal wear and tear, the authorization hold will be removed.
Reservations may be paid with a debit card, but the authorization hold must be placed on a major credit card. If a debit card must be used, renters will be charged a deposit of $250 for camper van items. The deposit will be returned upon return of the vehicle in good condition.

Reservations cancelled within 30 days of pickup date will not receive a refund. No shows will not receive a refund.
Reservation dates may be changed without penalty depending on fleet availability. Dates may be added to the changed reservation and must be paid in full at the time of change. Dates may also be removed from the changed reservation, but will not be refunded if the change takes place within 30 days of the original reservation.
Renters are responsible for fines, fees, replacement costs and damage costs arising during the rental period. Any damage resulting from using the camper van in violation of these instructions will be the responsibility of the renter.
Moving violations and parking fines or fees must be paid by the renter at the time they are incurred. If they are not paid, Get Lost Travel Vans will charge the renter a $50 administrative fee in addition to the original fine.
